Just next to Northside Kitchen in The Heart Of The Vail Valley is our new project to help create a more sustainable future

We have just under an acre of land with a beautiful view of Beaver Creek Ski Resort.  It used to be the Nottingham Ranch.

Here we try to grow new and exciting varieties of produce, and provide our restaurants with a year-round supply of herbs, and lettuces.

one summer we built a greenhouse with a climate battery to help offset our carbon footprint from heating.

We even bought a 1982 Piaggio Ape from Italy to help transport our harvest and celebrate the opening of Fattoria.

When you get the freshest possible vegetables and greens, and our team can say it's only hours old, Everyone wins!
