We have just under an acre of land with a beautiful view of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. It used to be the Nottingham Ranch.
Here we try to grow new and exciting varieties of produce, and provide our restaurants with a year-round supply of herbs, and lettuces.
This summer we built a greenhouse with a climate battery to help offset our carbon footprint from heating.
We even bought a 1982 Piaggio Ape from Italy to help transport our harvest and celebrate the opening of Fattoria.
