JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL DINNER
Rebecka Deike, Senior Wine Maker for Ferrari Carano Wines will be joining us for a special dinner celebrating the portfolio of Ferrari Carano.
Rebecka joined Ferrari-Carano in 2004 as an Enologist.
Following two years as the Enologist at Ferrari-Carano, Rebecka became the Assistant Winemaker in 2006. Furthering her education in 2012, she completed the University of California Davis Winemaking Certificate Program and was Ferrari-Carano’s Associate Winemaker overseeing the Pinot Grigio and Zinfandel Wine Programs. In early 2014, Rebecka was promoted to Associate Winemaker and in 2021 to Senior Winemaker, where she now oversees Ferrari-Carano’s Red Wines Programs, including the PreVail wines, and the mountain winery production facility in Alexander Valley.
We will be tasting 6 wines, paired with six courses from our kitchen. After dinner, guests will also have the opportunity to purchase wines to take home at a special price.

Join us for an exclusive wine dinner featuring wines from Jayson Woodbridge and Hundred Acre Wine Group.
Andrew Dunsky, Wine Director of Hundred Acre Wines will be guiding us along with chef Noah Bender.
The fresh creations from Fattoria, will only be upstaged by some of the worlds finest wines from Hundred Acre, Fortunate Son, and Summer Dreams.
After dinner, guests will also have the opportunity to purchase limited availability wines to take home at a special price.

Isella Zanutto, of Marchesi Alfieri Wines will be guiding us through these wines and Chef Julio will be cheffing up a feast to pair with each glass.
