OUR Team Has ROOTS

Jim opened Northside Kitchen in 2011 after a short bout of retirement. He has since partnered with Noah and Steve to bring Avon 4 restaurants. He can be found in one of is dining rooms across town  almost every day of the week. 

Noah grew up in New Hampshire and moved west to ski. He left a job at Vail to come help open Northside Kitchen as the chef. He met his wife Allison there and together with Jim and Steve they helped create our family of restaurants. 

Steve has been in Vail since long before the internet. He has worked hard to create relationships with locals and return visitors. His presence on our team elevates our service, and brings many loyal customers. 

Eli was grew up in the Vail Valley, He was raised in the restaurant industry in both Avon and Vail. He has an inherent commitment to hospitality and excellent service.  And with his enormous passion for food and teaching others, his years of experience bring a lot to the team.   

Julio grew up in his mother's restaurant in Honduras. When he moved to the US as a teen, he started cooking at Northside Kitchen. His love of food and cooking soon blossomed and he has worked his way through the ranks to achieve he current role. He is a family man, and can usually be found with his daughters when he isn't in the kitchen.
