Our culinary team works hard both in the restaurant and in the field to bring you best Italian influenced flavors and the freshest ingredients possible. We grow what we can in our greenhouse and gardens, then we carefully source the rest to make sure you are getting authentic italian influenced Rocky Mountain cuisine.  

We blend old and new in our dining room. Old wood and new plaster represent old friends and new beginnings. Our fireplace and display kitchens make you feel at home, just like when you cook with friends in your own house.

when the sun is shining we want to be outside. That's why we have two distinct outdoor dining options. The patio includes a bar and plenty of sunshine, making it a great place to see and be seen in the heart of Avon. The orchard  is a great place for parties of 5 or more to relax in the shade of our old growth crab apple trees or enjoy the fire pit.
