Fattoria's Summer wine tasting serieS

Sheri starts off the series right, with wines from Acinum, Terredora Dipaolo, Broglia, Produttori del Barbaresco, Castello dei Rampolla, and Speri . Chef Julio has a trick or two up his sleeve as well featuring fresh accompaniments from our garden, and a braised pork bite to write home about.

Spencer represents both Old and New World Brands, so we will be tasting one of Italy's most revered winemakers, Ruffino, as well as California classics from Robert Mondavi. Our Chefs will try to bridge the Atlantic and bring a taste of Italy, while incorporating "California Cuisine" and our own fresh produce.

Paige represents Trinchero Family Wines, who have been making wine in California since before prohibition. We will be tasting wines from Sotarella, San Pollo, and Joel Gott . Trinchero also features Tres Agaves tequila, and will be offering a sipping session at the end. Our Chefs will bring a taste of Italy to the table, pairing each wine with a delicious bite.

Giuseppe owns Terra Madre Imports with his wife Alisha. They import wines from Giuseppe's home town and surrounding areas in Italy. We will be tasting wines from Curto, Ca' D' Gal, and Deltetto. Our Chefs will bring a taste of authentic italian to the table, pairing each wine with a delicious bite of carefully crafted food. As usual, 3 whites and 3 Reds, and a great chance to connect with the community and learn about wine.

This Week, Brooke Medosch - Huneeus Wines. Brooke represents Huneeus Vintners, a third generation family venture who owns six wineries in Napa and Sonoma. We will be tasting wines from Faust, Quintessa, Benton Lane and Flowers. Our Chefs will bring a taste of our garden to the table, pairing each wine with a delicious bite of carefully crafted food. As usual, 3 whites and 3 Reds.
